As the premises are owned by Hereward Lodge in trust, the elected Trustees oversee
the usage of the premises is managed accordingly and in line with Masonic Principles.
The Trustees in turn grant authority to the Bourne Freemasons Club to manage the usage and facilities of the
centre for Masonic business by generating the revenue to fund and pay all the day to day operating costs entirely.
The Bourne Freemasons Club are also responsible too for keeping the centre well maintained and in good order.
The Bourne Freemasons Club consists of 10 members, each from the Masonic Orders that use the building, and meet
regularly to discuss current and future finance requirements, maintainance schedules and liabilities.

the Hereward Lodge Trustees and recognises the Club acts only as a mechanism to promote equality
between the constituent lodges and their members"

Currently there are 8 different lodges and orders that use the Centre on a regular basis. The premises consists of a Masonic Temple, a large Dining Hall that caters for nearly 100 guests, a fully equipped kitchen and licensed Bar. |

Whilst not in use for Masonic Business, the Hall individually, or with Kitchen Facilities and Bar, can be let out to community
groups providing additional revenue to assist with the running costs of the establishment.
